There is a place for you in Sunday School Hold on to God's Word!
Classes meet on Sundays at 9:45 a.m.
*Central UMC is a Safe-Sanctuaries Church.
It is our belief that the Sunday School teaching program provides the glue with which our church family comes together in a relationship with each other. Spiritual enrichment and lasting friendships are a by-product which benefits the entire congregation.
Sunday School Assistants provide a presence on Sunday mornings, offering the hospitality of God to all who enter with a particular focus on our nursery, preschool and elementary children and their families. Central UMC wants to offer a welcoming and safe environment for all children with reduced risk of child abuse.
Adults have the opportunity to study and discuss the Old and New Testament considering applications to our daily lives. Dedicated teachers enlighten class members with their knowledge and abilities for encouraging continued growth throughout our lives. These classes provide invaluable service to our church in many areas and is our hope that Sunday School strengthens marriages, families, single-life and our relationships with God and our fellow man.
